Refund & Return Policy – M&M Stucco Supply

At M&M Stucco Supply, we stand by the quality of UltraKote products and strive to ensure that every order meets the highest standards. Because stucco, EIFS, and related finishing materials require proper storage and handling, our return and refund policy has been carefully designed to protect both our customers and product integrity.

General Return Requirements

All UltraKote products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for return.
Returns are accepted only with proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).
Returned items will be inspected by our staff to verify condition before any refund or credit is issued.
Opened, used, tinted, or altered products cannot be returned or refunded.

30-Day Return Policy (Specific Items Only)

A 30-day return period applies only to specific products (such as certain accessories, tools, or unopened stock items).
Customers must inquire at the time of purchase to confirm which products qualify under the 30-day policy.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, no returns or refunds will be accepted on qualifying items.

Winter Season Restrictions

Due to the risk of freezing and product failure, no UltraKote returns are accepted during the winter months (November through March, or as determined by weather conditions in Colorado).
Any product exposed to freezing temperatures, even if unopened, is not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for proper storage of materials once they leave our warehouse.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed in the original form of payment (credit, debit, or check).
Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit instead of direct payment.
Shipping, delivery, or handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse

M&M Stucco Supply reserves the right to refuse any return or refund at our sole discretion.
Products that show signs of misuse, improper storage, or tampering will not be accepted.
Special orders, tinted finishes, and custom-mixed UltraKote products are final sale and non-refundable.

Important Notes

Customers are encouraged to double-check quantities, colors, and product types before purchase.
Once UltraKote products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee their performance if improperly stored.
For warranty-related concerns, customers must refer directly to the manufacturer’s UltraKote warranty terms.
