Stucco conditioner
STUCCO CONDITIONER is an efflorescence preventative blocker which may also be used as a penetrating hardener and pH neutralizer. May also be used as a primer for acrylic and elastomeric finishes and other synthetic stucco. Stucco Conditioner will harden and restore soft stucco and other cementitious materials.
Stucco Conditioner is designed for use over high pH cementitious surfaces such as stucco, masonry or concrete. Stucco Conditioner can also be used over existing painted stucco and masonry to help harden or tighten the surface. Stucco Conditioner will increase coverage of top coats and perform well in geographic regions where freeze / thaw occurs.
